We share it only with the service providers that deliver our messages, solely to send them on our behalf.

6. Road to the Big Game Rewards Program

When you check in to our rewards program by scanning the code on a table sheet, we record the mobile number you enter (which is your account), the first name and team you choose to give, the time of the check-in, the code you scanned, and your answers to any questions asked on the screen. If you confirm an email address or mobile number for the prize drawing, we keep it to reach you about the program and, if you win, about the prize.

• Location - if you allow your phone to share its location at check-in, we record the coordinates and their accuracy at that moment and use them only to decide the check-in rate. Location is never required, is never tracked afterwards, and is never shared.
• Photos - a photo you choose to send is kept with your check-in. It is shown on our website only if you tick the box allowing it, and only after our staff have looked at it. Photos are reviewed with the help of an automated image-checking service that receives the image and nothing about you.
• Retention - program records are kept for the season and for as long as needed to run the drawing and meet our legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your program information using the contact details below.
